Annual report.—(1) The annual roport of the University shall be prepared under the guidance of the Vice-Chancellor and shall include, among other matters, the steps taken by the University towards the fulfilment of its objectives and for realigning the University activities in accordance with the overall directions and general policies set by the Governing Council. (2) The annual report so prepared shall, after the approval of the Board of Governors, be submitted to the Chancellor by such date as may be prescribed. (3) A copy of the annual report, as prepared under sub-section (1), shall also be submitted to the Government which shall, as soon as may be, cause the same to be laid before the Legislative Assembly of Delhi.
