Prohibition against removal or obliteration of notice.—No person shall, without authority in that behalf, remove, destroy, deface or otherwise obliterate any notice exhibited by or under orders of the 121 Council or the Chairperson or any municipal officer or other municipal employee specified by the Chairperson in this behalf.
