Regolederts- The authorities of the University may make regulations consistent with this the Statutes and the Ordinances, in the manner prescribed by the Statutes for the conduct o►their own business and that of the committees, if any, appointed by them and not provided for by this Act, the thatutesi or the Annual report-(1) The annual report of the University shell be peppered end placed before the Board of Management for approval, which shell include, among other matters, the steps taken by the University towards the futhilment of its objects. (Z) The annual report so prepared shall be submitted to the Chant egor Within Li months from the date of completion of the academic year.
