Power to remove difficulties If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the previsions of this Act, the Government may, in consultation with the Commission, and by order published in the official gazette, make such provisions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as may be necessary of removing the difficulty. Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of a period of two years from the date of the commencement of this Act. Every order made under this Act shall, as soon as, may be after it is made, be laid before the House of the Legislative Assembly of Delhi.
