Where the rent is payable in kind or on estimate Commutation or appraisement of the standing crop or on rates varying of rent- with crops sown or partly in one d such ways and partly $i another or other of such ways, the Revenue Assistant may at his own instance and shall at the instance of the Gaon Sabha or the person by or to whom rent is payable .commute the rent in the manner prescribed.
