(1) Deputy Commissioner shall cause a wpy Registration of the order passed under section 168 or 169 directing that ~~~~i.~- a co-operative farm be established to be forwarded to the farm of Registrar, who may thereupon register the farm under thn unecono- Bmbay Co-operative Societies Act, 1925, as extended to michold- the State, and if he agrees to do so, shall grant a certificate ' of registration. P (2) The Registrar shall wuse a copy of the certificate , to be forwarded to the Deputy Commissioner for sucl~ ac- tion as may be prescribed.
