(1) If a person liable to pay any dues to the Board does not, within thirty days from the service of the notice of demand, pay the amount due, such sum together with all costs and the penalty under Section s82 shall be recoverable under a warrant, issued in the form set forth in the first schedule, by distress and sale of the movable property, or the attachment and sale of the immovable property. (2) Every warrant issued under this section shall be signed by a member of the Board or any officer duly authorized by the Board. Distress
