(1) No person shall, without written permission of the Board, use or allow use of water supplied for domestic purpose for ay purposes, other tan domestic purposes, except to extinguish a fire. (2) No person shall willfully pollute water in or obtained from any well, tank, water works or other source of supply being water which is or is likely to be used for domestic purpose or for the preparation of food or drink for human consumption, so as to be prejudicial to health.
