RESIDUARY CONDITIONS OF SERVICE & REMOVAL OF DOUBTS Any matter relating to the conditions of service of teachers for which no specific provision is made in this statute, shall be determined by the Board of Management. Where a doubt arises as to the interpretation or application of any of the provisions of this Statute, the matter will be referred to the Board of Management for a decision, which shall be final.
