Statutes and Ordinances to be published in the official Gazette and to be laid before the Legislature. - (1) Every Statute and Ordinance made undei this Act shall be published in the official Gazette. (2) Every Statute and Ordinance made under this Act shall be laid, as soon as may be after it is made, before the House of the Legislative Assembly of Delhi while it is in session for a total period of thirty days which may be comprised in one session or two or more successive sessions, and if, before the expiry of the session immediately following r. 11 34 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY ' [PART IV • the session or the su=ssive,sassions aforesaid, the House agrees in making any modification in the Stone or the Ordinance or the House agrees that the Statute or the Ordinance, as the case may be, should not be made. the Statute or the Ordinance, as the case may be, shall thereafter have effect only in such modified form or be of no effect, as this case may be; however, that say such modification or annulment shall be without prejudice to the validity of anything previously done under that Statute or Ordinance, as the case may be. ono OOOOOOOOOOOOO ima•••••••••••••••••••••••••• OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO • RAKESH SYAL, Jt.
