The grantee institution shall propose a budget for each financial year on the basis of the approved requirements, Head-wise, to the Department of Social Welfare Department/Women and Child Development, Government of National Territory of Delhi, for sanctions, well in advance, but not later than 30th October, for next financial year beginning from 1st April. The budget will be examined and approved by a Committee, duly approved by the Secretary, Social Welfare/Women and Child Development Department. The approved budget shall be communicated to the grantee institution within three months of receipts of the receipt of its proposed budget.
