The assets created by the institution out of the amounts received as grant-in-aid from the Government of India, the Delhi State Social Welfare Advisory Board or the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi shall not be transferred, sold, mortgaged or otherwise disposed off, without the prior approval of the granting authority. The Government shall be incorporated as the co-owner for all assets.
