Power of Re~ul~tory Authority to m,ake regulationso- (1) The RegUlatory Authority may, " with ~he approval of the Government, make regUlations not i~ consistent" with th"~" proxi~jons.of.thOls Act, to carry out 25 • , ----- - - - ----- the provisions of this Act (2) In particular, and wit~o.ut- prejudice to the generality, of the foregoing power,such ',regulatioi'1S'",may- provide' 'fo'r"all or any"of the following matters, namely:- (a) fixing t~rms, quailfications "and experience for the appoil}tment of supporting staff, officers, consultants, exp~rts, advisors; " (b) proce~ure governing' adjudication of dispute 'between and among the line departments, local bodies, public authorities, private and public agenci~s ; .
