Appeal against the orders of the Regulatory Authority•• Any person, authority, department or officer aggrieved by any order passed, by the Regulatory Authority under ,this Act shall be entitied to file an appeal to the Appellate Authority constituted for this purpose under this Act, within a period not exceeding thirty days from the date of the receipt , , of the impugned order, The order of the Appellate Aythority shall be final .-=:e::--..
