Penalty for willfully obstructing the fire fighting rescue operations - Any person who willfully obstructs or interferes with any member of the fire service who is engaged in fire fighting operations, shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months, or with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees, or with both.
