One Fire Service for whole of Delhi - There shall be one Fire Service for the whole of Delhi and all officers and subordinate ranks of the fire service shall be liable for posting to any branch of the Fire Service; Provided that this provision shall not apply to the private fire services maintained for providing fire protection coverage to a specific building or industry by the owner or occupier thereof.
