Repeal Ordinance 1 of 1994.—(1) The National Capital Territory of Delhi Finance Com- mission Ordinance. 1994 (Ordinance 1 of 1994) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act. R. T. L. DSOUZA, Under Secy.
