Reward for seizure of intoxicants and vehicles, etc. The Excise Commissioner may grant reward to excise officers out of the sum collected from the sale of intoxicants, apparatus and vehicles carrying such intoxicants, or otherwise and also to such informers for such work subject to such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.
