Delegation (1) The Government may, by notification, delegate all or any of its powers under this Act, except those under sections 3, 6, 7 and 45 to any person or authority sthordinate to it. (2) The exercise of any powers delegated under sub-section (1) shall be subject to such restrictions, limitations or conditions as maybe laid down by the Government from time to time and shall also be subject to control and revision by Government at any time.
