The Government shall after due appropriation made by the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi by law in this behalf, pay to the Commission by way of grant such sums of money as the Government may think fit for being utilized for the purposes of this Act. Provided that the expenditure in respect of salaries and allowances of the Chairperson and other members shall be charged on the Consolidated Fund of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
