(1) This Act may be called the Delhi Electricity Reform Act, 2000. (2) It extends to the whole of the National Capital Territory of Delhi excluding the areas of the New Delhi Municipal Council and the Delhi Cantonment Board. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on 3rd day on November 2000.:
