The term of office and other conditions of service of the members shall be as follows: - (1) Members nominated under clauses (ii), (ix), (x), 7 (xi), (xii) and (xv) of sub section 4 of section 3 of this Act shall receive from the funds of the Board such salaries and allowances, and shall be governed by such conditions of service, as may be prescribed. (2) Except in the case of ex-officio members and members nominated under clauses (iii) and (iv) of sub-section (4) of section 3 of this Act, the members of the Board shall hold office at the pleasure of the Government. (3)The members of the Board nominated under clauses (iii) and (iv) of sub-section (4) of section 3 of this Act shall hold office for a period of two years and such term shall come to an end as soon as the member concerned ceases to be a member of the body from which he/she was nominated.
