Jirections by the Central Government.-(1) The Central Government may, after consultation with the Authority give to the Authority the general instructions to be followad by the Authority, and such instructions may include directions relating to the conditions of service and training of its employees, wages to be paid to its workers, reserves to be m a i ^ i n e d ' b y i t and disposal o f i t s p r o f i t s o r s t o c k s .
