Fund of the Authority.-(l) The Authority shall have i t s own fund and all receipts of the Authority shall be carried thereto and a l l payments by the Authority shall be made therefrom. (2> Except as otherwise directed by the Central Government a l l moneys belonging to that fund shall be deposited in the Reserve Bank of India or with the agents of the Reserve Bank of India or invested in such securities as may be approved by the Central Government.
