Meeting of the Tree Authority.-(1) The Tree Authority shall meet at least once in three months at such place and time as the Chairman may decide. (2) The quorum to constitute a meeting of the Tree Authority, shall be three members referred to in sub-section (2) of section 3. (3) No co-opted member shall have the right to vote at a meeting. (4) In the case of an equality of votes on any matter, the Chairman shall have a second or casting vote. CHAPTER III Officers And Servants
