An institution shall, subject :Cobjm:tVo.the provisions of this Act. make admission through a common entrance test to be conducted by the designated agency, in such manner. as may be prescribed: Provided that the management seats may be advertised and filled up, from. the candidates who have qualified the common entrance test, by the institution in a transparent manner based on the merit at the qualifying examination in the manner as may be prescribed.
