(1) No institution shall collect any fee, by whatever name called from the candidate, for admission, over and above the fee determined by the Fee Regulatory Committee and notified by the Government. (2) An institution shall not collect fee of more than one year's, In advance, from 'a candidate in an academic year. II. The Government shall notify the qualifying examination for admission to an institution.
