Amendment of section 10. r In the principal Act, in section 10, in sub-section (1) — (a) in clause (a), for the expression, “Chapter II and Chapter IV of this Act”, the expression “Chapter 11, Chapter II A and Chapter IV of this Act” shall be substituted; (b) for clause (b), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:- “(b) contravenes any provision of Chapter III ofthis Act shall be punishable- (i) for the first offence, with a fine which may extend to one thousand rupees; (ii) for any second or subsequent offence, with imprisonment for a term which may extend to fifieen days or with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees, or with both
