The Registrar shall draw the attention of the co-operative society to the defects noticed in every audit conducted under section 60 or inspection held under section 61 or inquiry made under section 62 or inspection of books made under section 63 and if the co-operative society is affiliated to federal co-operative society also draw the attention of that federal co-operative society and may make an order directing the co-operative society or its officers to take such action and within such time as may be specified therein to remedy such defects.
