Salaries, allowances, etc. of Chairperson and members.- The Chairperson shall be entitled to the status, salary, allowances and other facilities as may be decided by the Government of NCT of Delhi in accordance with rules framed for the purpose. The part—time members will be eligible only for sitting fee and not for any other facilities.
