Annual report of the Commission.- (1) The Commission shall prepare every year an annual report giving a true and full account of its activities during the year, aiongwith its recomendations and shall forward it to the Government. (2) The Government shall, without delay, cause the annual report to be laid before the House of the Legislative Assembly of Delhi along with a report setting out the action taken or proposed to be taken on the recomendations and the reasons for non- ceptance, if any, of such recommendations. ‘4. Special report by the Commission.— The Commission may submit to the : Govermnent a special report on any matter of public importance pertaining to the interests of Safai Karamcharis. V 15.- Commission's right to be heard.- In case of non-acceptance of any of its recommendations, the Commission shali have the right to be heard by the Minister—in- charge.
