Dis;tbilities for rontinuing as member- If any member during the period for which he has been nominated or e1ected- (a) absents himself without such reasons as may. in the opinion of the Parishad be suffiCient from three consecutive ordinary m~tings of Ihe Parishad; or (b) becomessubject toanyofthedisqualifications mentioned insection 9, the Parishad shall declare his office to be vacanl.
