Renewal and restoration of registration- (1) It shall be the duty of every registered practitioner to get hiS registration renewed after five years from the date of registration or last renewal, as the case may be, on making such <lpplication and on fulfilment of conditions and payment of fe<:s as may be prescribed for the purpose, within three months after the expiry of thc date of rcgistr<ltion or renewal, as the case may be, after which the registration shall stand automatically cancelled. (2) Persons whose registration is cancelled under sub-section(l) after the expiry of the term, shall be eligible for restoration of their registration on fulfilment of such conditions and payment of fees as may be prescribed.
