lime and place of meeting of the Parishad- The Parishad shall meet at such time and place and every meeting of the Parishad shan be summoned in such manner as may be prescribed by regulations. Provided that until such regulations are made, it shall be lawful for the President to summon a meeting of the Parishnd at such time and place as he may deem expedient, by letter addressed to each member.
