Power to remove difficulties.-lf any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by order not inconsistentwith the provisions of the Act, remove the difficulty : Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of a period of two years from the commencement of this Act. Now, therefore, I, Mahabir Singh, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Traffic (Hdqrs.) Delhi in exercise of the powers conferred upon me under regulation 30(1) of the "Delhi Control of Vehicular and other traffic on Roads and Streets Regulation, 1980" do herebyprohibit the plying and idle parking of Heavy, Medium and Light Goods Vehicles from 8 AM to 10 PM on Sultan Puri Road from Rohtak Road up to Railway Line Crossing, till further orders. This order shall be published for the information of the general public in the Official Gazette and by affixing a copy on the notice boards of the office of all District Deputy Commissioner of Police and All Police Stations in Delhi/ New Delhi. The concerned civic road agencies maintaining the roads/areas shall erect the corresponding signboards indicating the restrictions in the area for information and . convenience of all concerned.
