Prohibited area and regulated area.-Anarea upto fifty meters from the protected limits of monument shall be declared as prohibited area for any construction and mining activities near or adjoining protected monuments and further beyond it up to one hundred meters as regulated area in which construction and mining activities can be undertaken only after getting permission of the Governmena and further subject to any rules made under this Act.
