Powers of the Director to call for proceedings of marketing committees and to pass order thereon – The Director, may, at any time, call for and examine the proceedings of any Marketing Committee for the purpose of satisfying himself as to the legality or propriety of any decision or order passed by the Marketing Committee under this Act, and if, in any case, it appears to the Director that any decision or order or proceedings so called for should be modified, annulled or reversed, the Director may pass such orders thereon as he thinks fit.
