Incorporation of the Board – The Board shall be a body corporate and a local authority with the name “ The Delhi Agricultural Marketing Board” having perpetual succession and a common seal, with power, subject to the provisions of the Act, to acquire, hold and dispose of property, and may be the said name, sue and be sued.
