Term of office of Chairman and Vice-Chairman – The Chairman and Vice-Chairman shall notwithstanding the expiry of their term of office, continue to hold office until their respective successors enter upon their offices. Provided that the Chairman, or the Vice-Chairman as the case may be shall vacate his office if he ceases to be a member of the Marketing Committee.
