Functions of the Secretary of the Board – Secretary of the Board shall – (i) arrange meetings of the Board; (ii) maintain record of the proceedings of the meetings of the Board in the prescribed manner. (iii) Discharge other functions as may be assigned to him by Vice-Chairman of the Board from time to time.
