Chairman, etc. of the Board and the marketing committee to be public servants – The Chairman, the Vice-Chairman, the members, the Secretary and the other officers and servants of the Board and the Chairman, Vice-Chairman, members, Secretary and other officers and servants of a Marketing Committee shall be deemed to be public servants within the meeting of section 321 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (45 of 1860).
