Resignation Chairman and Members – (1) The Chairman of the Board may, by writing under his hand addressed to the Government and delivered to the Director, resign his office. (2) A member may, by writing under his hand, addressed to the Government and delivered to the Chairman of the Board, resign his office. (3) A resignation under sub-section (1) or sub-section (2) shall take effect from the date on which it is accepted by the Government.
