(II)Rs. 37,400-67,000 + Grade Pay Rs. 8,700 in PB-4 (Phis Non-Functional pay scale in PB-4 is admissible with effect from the date of completion of eighteen years service in the grade pay of Rs. 4800 and Rs. 5400 Rs. 6600 and Rs. 7600 counted together rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis subject to Vigilance and Integrity Clearance). (e)for the entry against column 5, relating to the 'Whether selection or non-Selection post', the following entry shall be substituted, namely: — "Selection".; (f)for the entry against column 6, relating to the 'Age limit for direct recruits, the following entry shall be substituted, namely: — "N.A."; (g)for the entry against column 7, relating to the 'Educational and other qualification required for direct recruits, the following entry shall be substituted, namely: — "Not Applicable"; (h) for the entry against column 8, relating to the 'Whether age and educational qualifications prescribed for direct recruits will apply in the case of promottees, the following entry shall be substituted, namely: — "N.A."; (i) for the entry against column 9, relating to the 'Period of probation, if any, the following entry shall be substituted, namely: — "1 year."; (J) for the entry against column 10, relating to the 'Method of recruitment whether by direct recruitment or by promotion or by deputation/transfer and percentage of the vacancies to be filled by various methods, the following entry shall be substituted, namely: — "By promotion failing which by deputation."; (k) for the entry against column 11, relating to the 'In case of recruitment by promotion/deputation/ absorption grades from which promotion/deputation/absorption to be made, the following entry shall be substituted, namely: — baJll-2 . 24/78/68—^K1^! Note : 1 Where juniors who have completed their qualifying/eligibility service are being considered for promotion, their seniors would also be considered provided they are not short of the requisite qualifying/eligibility service by more than half of such qualifying/eligibility service or two years, whichever is less, and have successfully completed their probation period for promotion to the next higher grade along with their juniors who have already completed such qualifying/eligibility service. Note : 2 For the purpose of computing minimum qualifying service for promotion, the service rendered on a regular basis by an officer prior to 1.1.2006/the date from which the revised pay structure based on the Sixth Central Pay Commission recommendations has been e xtended, shall be deemed to be service rendered in the corresponding grade pay/pay scale extended based on the recommendations of die pay commission. Deputation : From amongst the officers under the Central/State Governments/ Union Territories. A.(I)Holding analogous posts on a regular basis; Or (II) With five years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the parent cadre/department in the scale of pay of Rs. 15,600-39,100+Grade Pay Rs. 5400 in PB-3 Or equivalent; and B.Possessing degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from a recognized university with 07 years experience in a Radio Telecommunication Organization. The departmental officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion will not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation/absorption. Similarly, deputationist shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment by promotion. (Period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadere post held immediately preceeding this appointment in the same or some other organization/department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not to exceed four years. The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not be exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications).
