Special powers to control civilian personnel employed in connexion with His Majesty's forces.--

The Central Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, direct by general or special order that any persons who, not being members of His Majesty's forces, are attached to, or employed with, or following, those forces, shall be subject to naval, military or air force law, and thereupon such persons shall be subject to discipline, and liable to punishment for offences, under the Indian Navy (Discipline) Act, 1934 (XXXIV of 1934. VIII of 1911. XIV of 1932.), the Indian Army Act, 1911, or the Indian Air Force Act, 1932, as the case may require, as if they were included in such class of persons subject to any of those Acts as may be specified in the notification.
