The provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 (5 of 1898)30, shall apply, in so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of Sections 22, 23 and 24, to all warrants issued and arrests and searches made under those sections. See now the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974).
