Powers of Collector

Powers of Collector. – For the purpose of such inquiry, the Collector may exercise the following powers, namely (a) the power to enter in or upon any land and to survey, demarcate, and make a map of the same or to authorise any other officer to do so; (b) the same powers as are vested in a civil court for the trial of suits.
