Incorporation of State Veterinary Councils

Incorporation of State Veterinary Councils.—Every State Veterinary Council shall be a body corporate by such name as may be notified by the State Government in the Official Gazette or, in the case of a Joint State Veterinary Council, as may be determined in the agreement, having perpetual succession and a common seal with power to acquire and hold property, both movable and immovable, and shall by the said name sue or be sued.
