Throughout the principal Act [except clause (h) of section 2, sub-don (5) of section 9, sub-section (I) of section 18 and section 191, unless otherwise expressly provided, for the words "human organ" and '%human organs", wherever they o c c ~ , the words "human organ or tissue or both" and "human organs or tissues or' both" shall respectively be substituted with such consequential amendments as the rules of grammar may require.
