Specifications In respect of imported fertilisers Notwithstanding anything contained in this Order, the Central Government may by an order, published in the Official Gazette, fix separate specifications in respect of imported fertilisers. 20 A. Specification in respect of provisional fertilizer Notwithstanding anything contained in this Order, the Central Government may, by order published in the Official Gazette, notify specifications, valid for a period not exceeding three years, in respect of fertilizers to be manufactured by any manufacturing unit for conducting commercial trials. 20 B.- Specifications in respect of customized fertilizers. - Notwithstanding anything contained in this Order, the Central Government may by order published in the Official Gazette, notify specification, valid for a period not exceeding three years in respect of customized fertiliser to be manufactured by any manufacturing unit”.
