(1) Subject to such conditions as may be prescribed , the Administrator may, by Collection of notification in the Official Gazette , entrust to the Gram Panchayat the functions and duties of revenue. collectin the t l d g axes, an revenue and other dues recoverable under specified scheme. (2) Where any functions or duties are entrusted to a Gram Panchayat under sub- section ( 1), the Administrator shall pay to such Gram Panchayat collection charges at such rates as he may determine in this behalf
